facing due to the terrible debt management by everyone, not just the
banks or financiers.
Yes we are all responsible for the collective problems we are facing and the very act of blaming somebody else will guarantee that you or I will fall victim to the next real estate bubble. If you miss the opportunity to learn the lesson by then you will fall victim to the next one after that.
The only constant in this world is change. You and I will always be facing challenges until we are dead and the only way to ensure that we improve and don’t repeat the same mistakes. We can all help each other with knowledge from different perspectives and build a more solid grounding.
I do not wish to get carried away with my monologue so I will cut it short and get right to it.
Real Estate is the best investment in any type of economy.
You may have seen many of your friends and colleagues fall victim to the financial slow down of your country. You are likely to also be a victim of its crushing blow and let me put your mind at ease; I also experienced the same burden.
I often hear people “competing” with each other in debate; listing all the effects this crisis has had on them and their family. I find this extremely sad and time consuming. Yes it happened, get over it and get going. I do not mean to sound callous but seriously:
I did not work my butt off to create this massive website to cater to your “Why me complex?”
You will not get a sympathetic ear here; empathic yes, but I will not be focusing on how bad it is. I will be focusing on how good real estate investing has become in the latter part of 2009 and how good it will become for you in the next couple of years.
Please remember to always be in control, do not over extend your credit and you must at all times pay the correct price for your real estate investments.
So without becoming too harsh, I would like to welcome you once again and I will direct you to the most helpful resources to build or rebuild your financial empire.
